very simple and cheap. The kiosk copies your key and then delivers your copies to your door the next day. You don't even have to talk to a person!

After I scanned my key the machine told me it was uncommon and not even carried by most lock smiths. The key was an unremarkable kwikset deadbolt, so this was clearly a lie. Next they wanted my address to mail me the key. Now they have my key and address? No thanks, I walked to True Value on 17th street. Fine if their business model requires mailing the key, but don’t lie to me about it.
